This programme offers participants a well-rounded blend of theoretical understanding and practical insights essential for effective management. By examining established management theories and studying real world case studies, learners will explore the multifaceted role of a manager as a visionary leader who establishes direction and inspires their team. Emphasis is placed on various team leadership models which will help participants develop the ability to foster cohesion and drive performance. The course also equips learners with the tools to evaluate acceptable performance, analyze best practices, and implement performance improvements.

Assessment of the course is determined by course work which accounts for 40% of the overall grade. As well as the final written examination which accounts for 60%.
