This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of Human Resource Management. Students will explore the roles and responsibilities of HR professionals, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and compliance with labour laws. Through real-world scenarios and practical applications, participants will gain insights into managing people effectively within an organization and understand how HR supports both employees and business goals.
By the end of this course, participants will:
Assessment of the course is determined by course work which accounts for 40% of the overall grade. As well as the final written examination which accounts for 60%.
