The modules to be covered in this programme have been carefully selected to meet the needs of this occupational discipline and it will
Highlight the role of the individual in managing change.
Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to monitor, implement and manage the process of change in the workplace.
To support the implementation of acceptable human resource management strategies during the implementation of change.
At least five (5) CXC Subjects at General Level including English and Mathematics.
Management Level – 2 or Diploma in Management from an approved Institution would be an asset.
A minimum of five (5) years experience in a management position may be considered.
Note: Grade requirements for CXC/CSEC subjects are General Proficiency – Grades 1 or 11 prior to June 1998 and Grades 1, 11 or 111 from June 1998.
Instructional Approach
This course will involve a mix of lectures, discussions and presentations. Each student is expected to participate fully in all presentations and should attend:
