The modules to be covered in this programme have been carefully selected to meet the needs of this occupational discipline and it will
  • Highlight the role of the individual in managing change.
  • Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to monitor, implement and manage the process of change in the workplace.
  • To support the implementation of acceptable human resource management strategies during the implementation of change.

Instructional Approach
  • At least five (5) CXC Subjects at General Level including English and Mathematics.
  • Management Level – 2 or Diploma in Management from an approved Institution would be an asset.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a management position may be considered.
Note: Grade requirements for CXC/CSEC subjects are General Proficiency – Grades 1 or 11 prior to June 1998 and Grades 1, 11 or 111 from June 1998.
Instructional Approach
This course will involve a mix of lectures, discussions and presentations. Each student is expected to participate fully in all presentations and should attend:
  • At least 80% of the lectures
  • Participate in group discussions
  • Complete all assignments as required

  • Registration: $50
  • Course Fee: $5500.00
  • Deposit: $2750.00
  • Installments: 3 months to pay remainder
  • Duration: 2 Years (360 hours)
