Course Outline
- Highlight the role of the individual in managing change.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to monitor, implement and manage the process of change in the workplace.
- To support the implementation of acceptable human resource management strategies during the implementation of change.

Assessment
Assessment of the course is determined by course work which accounts for 40% of the overall grade. As well as the final written examination which accounts for 60%.
Instructional Approaches
This course will involve a mix of lectures, discussions and presentations. To benefit fully, a student’s participation in all aspects of the course is required.
Students must:
- At least 80% of the lectures
- Participate in group discussions
- Complete all assignments as required
Pre-requisites
Applicants must have at least three (3) CSEC passes, including English Language, or equivalent qualifications. Mature applicants without formal qualifications may be considered based on relevant work experience.
- Management Level – 2 or Diploma in Management from an approved Institution would be an asset.
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a management position may be considered.
