Assessment

Assessment of the course is determined by course work which accounts for 40% of the overall grade. As well as the final written examination which accounts for 60%.

Instructional Approach

This course will involve a mix of lectures, discussions and presentations. To benefit fully, a student’s participation in all aspects of the course is required.

Pre-requisites

Applicants must have at least three (3) CSEC passes, including English Language, or equivalent qualifications. Mature applicants without formal qualifications may be considered based on relevant work experience.

Award of Qualification
This programme offers dual qualification. Career Development Institute’s Certificate in Business Administration on successful completion of full programme and the TVET Council’s Unit Qualification in individual Units or Full Qualification in Business Administration Level 1 upon the successful completion of the Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) Level -1 – Assessments.
