This comprehensive course equips learners with essential skills to maintain a safe, secure, and professional workplace environment. It covers best practices for minimizing health and safety risks, effective workplace communication, and delivering outstanding customer service. Participants will learn how to handle security incidents, control access to premises, maintain surveillance, and protect people and property. The course also includes instruction on manual documentation, presenting evidence in legal settings, and upholding professional standards in all interactions. Ideal for security personnel, administrative staff, and customer-facing roles.
Upon completion, learners will be equipped to operate safely, communicate clearly, handle security challenges confidently, and represent their organization professionally.
Assessment of the course is determined by course work which accounts for 40% of the overall grade. As well as the final written examination which accounts for 60%.
